This is a wonderful, nourishing soup that's a great addition to your repertoire. Simple but very satisfying, our recipe calls for frozen fajita veggies, but you can incorporate any vegetable you'd like. Peppers and onions taste great and so would squash or sweet potato. Enjoy!
