Eat Dat! - A Cookbook of Healthy Affordable Recipes

March 21, 2016

Published by the Tulane Prevention Research Center (New Orleans, Louisiana), this cookbook has you covered for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snacks. The emphasis is on healthy and affordable meals using minimal and readily available ingredients as well as easy to access kitchen tools. The baked sweet potato fries and breakfast parfaits are a couple recipes we have tried and liked.

Cook a few of your own and let us know how they turn out! Email photos to info@secondharvestkitchen.org or post them to social media using #thekitchenatsecondharvest and we may feature them on the blog.
