Guest Chef Laurent from Fleur de Sel

We were honored to host Chef Laurent Zirotti, a 2017 semi-finalist for the James Beard Award, as a guest chef in The Kitchen at Second Harvest last month.

Laurent grew up in France influenced by the cooking of his French mother and Italian grandmother. Today he owns Fleur de Sel in Post Falls and Fleur de Sel Artisan Creperie in Spokane.
