If you are looking to find vegan or gluten free recipes, or if you want to adapt a recipe so that it can be vegan or gluten free, you're in the right place. Vegan (click here)

Besides the recipes listed at the link above, many of our other recipes can easily be made vegan with some simple substitutions, such as:

  • Use non-dairy milk
  • Use dairy-free chocolate chips
  • Omit Worcestershire sauce or use vegan Worcestershire
  • Replace honey with maple syrup or agave
  • Omit cheese

 

Kid Friendly Recipes (click here)

Here you will find recipes that are easy for kids with minimal or no supervision. You shouldn't need any fancy kitchen tools, supplies, and all are simple to make. Enjoy!

 

 

Gluten Free (click here)

Besides the recipes listed at the link above, many of our other recipes can easily be made GF with some simple substitututions, such as:

  • Use certified GF oats
  • Use GF pasta
  • Omit soy sauce or replace with GF soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos

 

 

Senior Boxes (click here)

It's not always easy to know what to do with the ingredients provided in Senior Boxes, and sometimes it's nice to learn new ideas for what to make from common staples like apples and beans. These recipes have been developed to be easy to prepare with minimal kitchen tools, involve as few ingredients as possible, and taste great!
