We'll share the secret to rich and creamy tasting mashed potatoes WITHOUT butter or cream. Meat? You won't miss it in this hearty and savory lentil and veggie pie. For a sweet ending, we'll make no-bake peanut butter chocolate chip cookie bars chocked full of lots of good-for-you energy. This is a hands-on cooking class.
