20 students from the
Northeast Youth Center
will join us for a scratch
cooking class in the
kitchen.
By the end of this session,
chefs will be able to:
Define and exemplify the
qualities of a good,
kitchen safe chef.
Peel, chop and dice fruits.
Scratch make a simple
tomato soup and grilled
cheese sandwiches.
Bake lentil cookies.
