Naturally cultured and fermented beverages are not only a simple way to incorporate more fermented foods into your family’s diet, they are often quite easy to make. Individual session: $40 plus $25 optional soda add-on. Cost per person includes lunch and take-home live cultures. The soda add-on includes preparing and taking home a 4-pack of soda.
