January Wellness Series (afternoon)

Are you looking to set new wellness goals in the new year? Start 2024 off strong by participating in The Kitchen at Second Harvest’s Wellness Series! In this 5-week series, you will have the option to track your progress in one of the following categories: nutrition, movement, or mindfulness. To support you with your goals, classes will include educational activities and recipe demonstrations, all guided by Second Harvest staff. Each week you will also record your progress outside of class to help hold you accountable in your wellness goals. Registering here commits you to ALL FIVE classes in this series. Because each week will build on the last, attendance at all classes is encouraged to get the most out of this series. Classes will be held weekly from 1:00-2:30 pm  running Wednesdays January 3^rd-31^st.  Prizes will be available at the end of this series to support you in your wellness goals.

New to The Kitchen?

1. Before registering for class CLICK HERE to learn about our class guidelines.
2. No Show Policy is in effect! If you can't join us after all, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. After 2 No Shows, you MUST CALL to register for classes. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. 
3. Bring containers to take home recipes prepared in class.
4. Closed-toed shoes are mandatory for all classes and events. Please arrive 15 minutes early to Second Harvest in order to get signed in.
5. By attending kitchen classes and events, you understand that you may be photographed, filmed, or videotaped and you hereby give Second Harvest the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use your likeness, image, photo (collectively, “image”), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation. You hereby waive, release and forever discharge Second Harvest from and against any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting  from any use of your image. Thank you.
