Laurel will be demonstrating how to create her Creamy Spinach and Potato Soup, hosting a live Q&A session and sharing her wealth of tips and tricks as an Instant Pot® expert! You will receive a hearty sample of Laurel's soup as well as her Eggnog Rice Pudding. A few cookbooks will be raffled off at the event and cookbooks will also be available for purchase.

Laurel Randolph is a Los Angeles-based food writer and recipe developer who has contributed to Paste Magazine, The Spruce, Wise Bread, Serious Eats, and more. Her best-selling cookbook, The Instant Pot® Electric Pressure Cooker Cookbook: Easy Recipes for Fast & Healthy Meals, is available on Amazon. Her second cookbook, The Instant Pot® No-Pressure Cookbook: 100 Low-Stress, High-Flavor Recipes, was released in May 2018 under St. Martin's Press.
