Have the winter blues or just looking for a good reason to leave the house? Join us for some easy exercise, stretching and relaxation. No need to get on the floor, all movement can be done standing or seated. No equipment is needed. If that is not enough to entice you we will also have some exciting healthy snacks after our workout.
Join certified exercise instructor and nutrition ambassador, Kathi, for this great movement & snack class in The Kitchen.
This class will be short (just one hour) with 30 minutes of movement and 30 minutes of healthy snacking and community time. Please make sure you're checked in by 3 pm as we will walk back to The Kitchen together at 3 pm sharp. A reminder email will be sent two days before the class.
New to The Kitchen?
- Location: 1234 E Front Ave, Spokane, WA 99202. Second Harvest has its own free parking lot directly in front of the building.
- Please arrive to class 10 minutes early if possible and enter the main lobby at the East end of the Second Harvest parking lot.
- Closed-toed shoes are mandatory for all classes and events.
