Learn how to make ricotta soft cheese and Gouda hard cheese using milk from Lucky Hook Goat Dairy in Moses Lake.

Cost per person, includes, cheese making supplies, lunch, and take-home ricotta.
Individual session: $65. Enrollment is limited to 17 participants.
