Today at the Second Harvest Outlet Meeting 21 of the leaders in our emergency food bank system came together for their monthly meeting. To celebrate the International Year of the Pulse and to enjoy lunch, the Kitchen prepared Chickpea Soup. By all accounts it was delicious and the recipe is below.
