Kimchi

Fermentation 101 with whole foods chef Sarah Lorraine Edwards and guest teacher and kimchi master Wakan Zion Burrows. In this hands on class you'll learn the basics of fermenting vegetables to make sauerkraut and kimchi while gaining the knowledge and confidence to make a variety of quick, simple, and delicious recipes. You'll help in the process and go home with a quart of kimchi!
