Let your taste buds travel the world in this Nepali Cooking Course
Make food with friends while learning to cook tasty, traditional Nepali foods including lentil daal, curry and tea. Learn to use spices like turmeric, cardamom, curry and aromatics like ginger and garlic to their full potential.
This hands-on course will be taught by Nepali women recruited by Refugee Connections.
Cost of the class is $30 which includes: personal hands on instruction and participation, printed recipes to take home, Q&A time, take-away items for leftovers, community meal.
Class Limit: 10 Class Style: Hands On Class Cost: $30 Class Time: Approximately 2 hours with 1 hour for a meal
Please wear closed toe-shoes and clothing comfortable in the kitchen as this is a hands on class.
