This Guest Chef Class Includes: Printed recipes, class-room style instruction with visual screens, wine from Barrister Winery, good-sized samples of food, and Q & A time with Chef Adam!
Chef Adam is Chef Owner of Eat Good Group which includes Wandering Table, Gilded Unicorn, Yards Bruncheon, Farmhouse Restaurant, Crave NW Festival, Le Catering Co. and Eat Good Café. Chef Adam will demonstrate how to make some of his favorite recipes including Fried Brussel Sprouts, Butternut Squash Ceviche, Seared Steelhead and Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding!
Learn how to cook some amazing food from one of Spokane’s top chefs while enjoying wine from Barrister Winery and the atmosphere of The Kitchen at Second Harvest. Bring your friends!
Suggested donation for this experience with the chef is $75 per person with an opportunity for additional generosity. The cost of the class helps support people experiencing hardship and food insecurity to enjoy community cooking classes at no cost. You help further the mission of The Kitchen at Second Harvest by allowing us to provide good food, nutrition information, scratch cooking skills, budgeting, and more to those in need.
