It’s time to take charge of your health!
Learn to improve your nutrition and increase your activity level with a trained lifestyle coach to guide and encourage you to problem-solve and stay motivated to achieve your goals. The Group Lifestyle Balance Program is a year-long program is valued at $285, but offered free to clients of Spokane County food banks, and those looking to prevent diabetes by making sustainable changes to their lifestyle. This program is made possible by a partnership between the Second Harvest Kitchen & Inland Northwest Health Services.
Classes will occur on Mondays from 10-11am starting July 11th in the Second Harvest Kitchen, located at 1234 East Front Ave in the East Central Neighborhood of Spokane. The weekly portion of the class will run for 16 weeks, followed by six monthly sessions for ongoing support and guidance.
