Gluten Free Class with Flour Farm

Join us in this special class focusing on gluten-free recipes in The Kitchen, featuring gluten-free flour from locally-owned Flour Farm.

This demonstration style class will be lead by owners Dave and Teri. They will show you how to create five delicious recipes that are sure to keep you wanting more:

• Gluten free lasagna
• Two types of gluten free pasta sauce: Marinara and Sausage versions
• Gluten free parmesan bread
• Gluten free biscotti

What to expect:

• Round table seating with upclose views of our guest instructors
• Appetizers to enjoy during the demonstration
• Q&A session with Flour Farm owners Dave and Teri
• Hearty samples of each recipe toward the end of class
• A recipe booklet to take home
• Samples of Flour Farm's Gluten Free Flour Blend

The Kitchen at Second Harvest provides nutrition information, scratch cooking skills, budgeting, and more to people in our community who need a little help getting good food on their table and preparing it in an easy, healthful way.
