Breakfast is more than just bacon and eggs; it can incorporate gourmet ingredients and elegant presentations. The best part is; breakfast ingredients are affordable! With a few pointers and simple recipes, you can create lavish, delicious breakfasts in your own home.
In this demonstration style class, students will learn techniques for creating an elegant, creative and delicious brunch menu. Participants will learn how to make Gourmet French Toast, Baked Egg Strata, Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce, and more. Participants will sample various recipes throughout the course of the class; it's breakfast for dinner! Champagne Bellinis will be provided as well!
Participants will leave the class with the skills necessary to create beautiful, elegant and impressive breakfast recipes that will wow family and friends. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a recipe packet.
The Kitchen at Second Harvest provides nutrition information, scratch cooking skills, budgeting, and more to people in our community who need a little help getting good food on their table and preparing it in an easy, healthful way. When you give people skills and hope along with food, you allow them to look past hunger and toward self-sufficiency.
