Join us in the Kitchen at Second Harvest as Chef Joe dazzles you with scrumptious brunch dishes. Luna has long been known for its wonderful weekend brunch and now Chef Joe will share secrets of preparing some of the restaurants signature dishes.

 

Learn how to poach an egg, prepare Hollandaise sauce, and create butternut squash hash. Chef Joe will focus on the technical aspect of knife/dicing skills so you can prepare all your favorite meals with ease. And you won’t want to miss a lesson on making beignets, those fabulous French bite size doughnuts! Pastry Chef Taylor will be on hand for the demonstration.

 

The cost of the class helps support people experiencing hardship and food insecurity to enjoy community cooking classes at no cost. You help further the mission of The Kitchen at Second Harvest by allowing us to provide good food, nutrition information, scratch cooking skills, budgeting, and more to those in need.
